In 1983, I graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. After 2 years of compulsory service in Kastamonu SSK Hospital; I started my specialization in Pediatrics. In 1991, I received my pediatrics specialization; I continued the education process as chief assistant in the same hospital.
I took an active role in the establishment of the Pediatric Hematology unit and patient follow-up. I conducted studies and research on Thalassemia disease in Italy.
In 2003, I left the public sector and continued my private practice.
As of April 2015, I continue to accept my patients at the private Metropol Hospital.
